This page explains what justech.uk collects, why, and what you can ask of us.
Who we are
JusTech, based in Zagreb, is a trading name of ĆAKI TRANS j.d.o.o., Kerševanijeva 7, 52100 Pula, Croatia, OIB 74112209766, until JusTech is registered as a company of its own. Contact for anything on this page: [email protected].
What we collect, and why
When you write to us. The contact form sends your name, your e-mail address and your message, and, if you give them, your company and the topic, to our inbox, so we can answer you. We use them for that conversation and nothing else. We keep them while we are talking and for 12 months after, then delete them, unless you become a client (then our contract with you says how long). The message travels through Resend, our e-mail provider, as our processor, in its EU region.
When you visit. We count visits with our own system, JusT Insight. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Your IP address is read on our server only to work out your country and to make a one-way code with a random key that changes every day and is then overwritten, so yesterday’s codes cannot be recalculated. We do not store your IP address. We see pages, where visits come from, devices and countries, never who you are.
We run no advertising tags on this site, so there is nothing to consent to.
Who else is involved
- Cloudflare, which delivers the site and protects it, sees the traffic as it passes.
- Hetzner hosts our servers in Germany and Finland.
- Resend delivers the contact form’s e-mail.
Each of them acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit its use or to receive it in a portable form, and you can object to its use. Write to [email protected]; we answer within one month. You can also complain to the Croatian data protection authority, the Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka (azop.hr).
